Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers.
- Inventory Control: Perform accurate cycle counts, stock organization, and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping with speed and precision.
- Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to OSHA safety guidelines, company protocols, and emergency procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and ensure all outgoing orders meet quality standards.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently throughout the shift.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Documentation: Basic ability to read and understand safety labels, work orders, and instructions.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and attendance.
