Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Monitor server health, performance metrics, and security alerts during off-hours.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and backups.
- Log and track all helpdesk tickets and resolutions accurately in the Service Desk system.
- Collaborate with Day Shift teams to ensure seamless handover of critical issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and peripherals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Information Technology preferred.
- Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Must be available to work 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday through Friday.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on Windows and Linux environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and basic networking concepts.
