Responsibilities
- Provide 1st level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and resolve IT helpdesk tickets in a timely manner, adhering to SLAs.
- Perform remote troubleshooting and desktop support for users across the US.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software updates during off-hours.
- Monitor system alerts and perform routine maintenance to ensure uptime.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or help desk roles.
- Must be available to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
