Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 2 technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues during the night shift.
  • Monitor system performance, alerts, and logs to proactively identify and resolve potential outages before they impact business operations.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming helpdesk tickets and tickets escalated from Level 1 support.
  • Perform routine system backups, patch management, and security updates outside of peak business hours.
  • Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software for night-shift employees.
  • Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in the Service Management System.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
  • CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification preferred.
  • Must be available to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM or 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
