Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues during night operations.
- Monitor server health, system logs, and network traffic to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and security updates.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the Service Desk ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift engineering team to escalate and resolve complex tickets.
- Assist remote employees via chat and phone with technical troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
- Proficiency with Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking, DNS, and basic firewall configurations.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first problem-solving approach.
