Responsibilities
- Monitor server health and performance metrics during off-peak hours.
- Resolve Level 2-3 helpdesk tickets and troubleshoot hardware/software issues remotely.
- Execute nightly system backups and security patch deployments.
- Conduct routine security audits to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to document issues and hand over status reports.
- Ensure 100% uptime for client services during your shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Support or Help Desk.
- A+ Certification or equivalent technical degree is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Active Directory.
- Excellent communication skills, even when working asynchronously.
- Must be available to work the 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM shift rotation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
