Our night shift team plays a critical role in maintaining our infrastructure, ensuring our clients have uninterrupted service 24/7. You will work in a state-of-the-art facility with a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor server logs and system performance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues during off-peak hours.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and system backups.
- Document all technical incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Day Shift team to transfer critical knowledge and issues.
- Ensure strict adherence to all security protocols and compliance standards.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software configurations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
- Must be available to work 12-hour night shifts, 4 days on and 4 days off.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 50 lbs equipment.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
