- Maintain Records: Accurately document all customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system.
- Ensure Continuity: Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions and knowledge sharing.
- Escalate Complex Issues: Identify and route complex technical issues to senior engineers or management promptly.
- Customer Satisfaction: Go above and beyond to ensure every customer feels valued and supported.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly preferred.
- Schedule: Must be available to work Night Shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Availability: Must be available to start work immediately (within 24-48 hours).
- Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
