- Manage High-Volume Inquiries: Handle a high volume of customer tickets via phone, email, and live chat during night hours.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues and service requests efficiently to minimize downtime.
- System Monitoring: Perform routine checks on operational systems and databases to ensure data integrity and system uptime.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and solutions in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Coordinate closely with day-shift supervisors and engineering teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and security protocols during shift operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer support or technical operations is preferred but not required for immediate hires.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with CRM software and basic troubleshooting of computer systems.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
