Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and issue resolution.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical documentation to assist customers accurately.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in a high-volume environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or technical support experience is highly desirable.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
