As a Night Shift Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls during night hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and speed.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.

Qualifications
