Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and requests efficiently while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Process orders, returns, and refunds accurately using the company CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in the designated database.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call center, or retail environments is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work a full-time rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 5 PM – 2 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and computer navigation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting KPIs.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
