Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and conveyor systems safely and efficiently during night hours.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products for quality assurance and pack them securely for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks as required.
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) strictly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic math skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
