Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels
- Lead a team of 5+ marketing professionals with mentorship and performance management

- Manage multi-channel campaigns with budgets exceeding $500K annually
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
- Present campaign performance metrics to executive stakeholders quarterly
- Oversee brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of increasing brand awareness and lead generation
- Expertise in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in ROI measurement and reporting
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partnerships
