Responsibilities
- Manage Inbound and Outbound Shipment operations efficiently and accurately.
- Coordinate with Drivers and Warehouse Staff to ensure timely loading and unloading of goods.
- Maintain Accurate Inventory Records using our state-of-the-art management system.
- Prepare Shipping Documentation including bills of lading and invoices.
- Monitor Delivery Performance and resolve any logistical issues immediately.
- Ensure Compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
