Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and forklifts in a safe and efficient manner.
- Load, unload, and sort shipments accurately according to delivery orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.
- Inspect vehicles and equipment for any safety issues or damage before and after shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable) or willingness to be certified.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
