Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate inbound and outbound shipping schedules to ensure timely delivery.
- Communicate effectively with carriers and freight brokers to resolve transit issues and delays.
- Maintain accurate records in our logistics management software (ERP systems).
- Process purchase orders and ensure inventory accuracy during audits.
- Assist in the training of new warehouse staff and coordinate daily shift operations.
- Identify areas for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Supply Chain or Business preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook) and logistics software.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
