Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (certification training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital systems
- Inspect products for quality assurance and damage
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Support shipping/receiving operations for NC and TX clients
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Willingness to relocate to North Carolina for advancement
