Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable quantum neural networks and hybrid AI models for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software stack for superconducting qubit stability.
- Develop and deploy quantum algorithms using Qiskit, Cirq, or custom frameworks.
- Mentor a high-performance team of quantum and machine learning researchers.
- Define technical roadmaps and best practices for quantum cloud integration.
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of research publications.
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Pennylane, or PyTorch Quantum).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.
