- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives and R&D teams
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses using AI-powered forecasting tools
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (quantum computing, neural interfaces, etc.)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor a team of futurists and junior strategists in advanced methodologies
- Present findings to investors and board members with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology leadership
- Proven track record developing 5+ year roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technologies
- Strong proficiency in AI-driven forecasting tools and data visualization
- PhD or Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP, APF) preferred
