Responsibilities
- Forecast emerging tech trends (2026-2030) and develop strategic implementation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints for breakthrough technologies
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Develop KPIs for measuring tech adoption ROI and competitive positioning
- Present strategic briefings to board members and industry stakeholders
- Champion ethical tech frameworks and sustainable innovation practices
- Mentor talent in emerging technologies and future-proof skill development
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching tech initiatives with $5M+ budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Strategy
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
