Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends to develop 2026 innovation roadmaps
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Design and scale future-proof solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-generation products and services
- Present strategic foresight insights to investors and industry partners
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class foresight framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking
- Strong background in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, biotech, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
