Responsibilities

- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare organizations for future market disruptions
- Produce high-impact future outlook reports and executive presentations
- Drive innovation pipeline development by connecting foresight insights to R&D priorities
- Mentor junior strategists and build a global network of futurist thought leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation, or futurist consulting
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Proven track record of translating foresight into successful business outcomes
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or quantum computing trend analysis
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-level executive experience
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
