Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, social, and economic trends to inform 2026+ strategic planning
- Develop and implement scenario-based future roadmaps for product innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-vision priorities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and predictive market analyses
- Identify disruptive opportunities and mitigate future risks through strategic foresight
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions and validate market readiness
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Planning, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy roles
- Proven track record of developing and executing multi-year future roadmaps
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and emerging digital ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent
