Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying emerging technologies with transformative potential
- Produce high-impact future-state reports and actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate innovation
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for stakeholders across global markets
- Quantify future opportunities through data modeling and predictive analytics
- Represent the company at international futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning methodologies and trend analysis tools
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into executable strategies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or global research institutions
- Proficiency in futures research software and data visualization platforms
