Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks for 2026 technology adoption patterns
- Lead scenario planning workshops with C-suite executives to map future industry disruptions
- Produce annual 'Horizon 2026' trend reports with predictive analytics and actionable insights
- Spearhead innovation sprints for next-gen solutions in quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech
- Build and mentor a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future scenarios into product roadmaps and investment strategies
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing influential trend analyses (portfolio required)
- Expertise in scenario modeling, Delphi methodology, and horizon scanning techniques
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trajectories (quantum, AI, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous future-state initiatives
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPS) or equivalent preferred
