Responsibilities

- Author annual 'Future State' reports analyzing geopolitical, technological, and societal trends
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops with global stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, whitepapers)
