Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of proprietary AI models targeting deployment by 2026.
- Define the long-term technical vision and strategic roadmap for the company's core products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quantum-ready algorithms into current workflows.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing, AGI) and evaluate their feasibility for implementation.
- Lead technical mentorship and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ensure all architectural decisions align with security, scalability, and ethical AI guidelines.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership role within AI or Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Demonstrated experience leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Proven ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into business value.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
