Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Technology Impact Forecast with 85%+ predictive accuracy
- Lead cross-functional teams to integrate emerging technologies into product roadmaps
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research labs and academic institutions
- Present trend analyses to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Design innovation incubation programs for next-gen technologies
- Represent Horizon Dynamics at global futurism forums (World Economic Forum, etc.)
- Mentor junior futurists and build the department's analytical framework
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of publishing trend analyses with measurable impact
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on tech adoption strategies
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning tools
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
