Responsibilities
- Lead the development of the 2026 strategic plan, including scenario planning and trend analysis.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal changes that will impact our industry.

- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Planning, Business Administration, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic planning, foresight, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading successful strategic initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and foresight methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and synthesize insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and their potential impact on business and society.
