Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in researching, prototyping, and deploying next-gen technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and evaluate disruptive innovations through competitive analysis and market trend forecasting
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate lab-to-market translation of breakthrough technologies
- Present strategic initiatives to executive stakeholders and investors with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Monitor global tech policy and ethical frameworks to ensure responsible innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 12+ years in strategic technology leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains (AI, quantum, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience building and leading high-performance innovation teams
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and research institutions
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFTE, CSTM)
