Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain the long-term technical vision and architecture strategy for The 2026 Initiative, aligning technical decisions with business goals.
- Lead Engineering Excellence: Mentor and manage a high-performing team of architects, engineers, and developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, distributed systems capable of handling massive data loads and real-time AI processing.
- Technical Strategy: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge Computing) and integrate them into our core stack to maintain a competitive edge.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to the highest security standards and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or leadership architectural role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and microservices architecture.
- AI/ML Integration: Proven track record of integrating AI/ML models into production environments and designing systems that leverage these technologies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams, manage conflict, and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and system resilience.
