Responsibilities
- Design and implement a resilient, scalable architecture for the 2026 Horizon Initiative, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and product managers to translate technical requirements into elegant, production-ready solutions.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and architectural patterns that align with long-term 2026 strategic goals.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis and risk assessment for emerging technologies, including quantum algorithms and neural interfaces.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex technical concepts and drive decision-making processes.
- Mentor junior and senior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Principal Architect role.
- Proven experience designing complex distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications.
- Deep expertise in Python, Rust, and modern AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts and future-proofing legacy systems.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage large, diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s degree preferred).
