Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the end-to-end technical roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Design robust, scalable, and secure distributed systems using modern cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the integration of advanced AI/ML models into core infrastructure to drive automation and efficiency.
- Establish and enforce architectural standards, coding best practices, and governance policies across the engineering organization.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant technical solutions.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring project delivery timelines and quality benchmarks are consistently met.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Expert proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Deep understanding of microservices architecture, message queues, and event-driven design patterns.
- Strong background in high-performance computing, big data technologies, and artificial intelligence integration.
- Experience leading remote, cross-functional teams and managing complex project lifecycles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
