Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record developing production-level quantum AI systems
- Deep expertise in transformer architectures and neural-symbolic integration
- Experience with ethical AI governance frameworks (e.g., EU AI Act compliance)
- Strong publication record in NeurIPS, ICML, or equivalent venues
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and quantum programming frameworks
