Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Define technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for the organization.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with a strong understanding of cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and distributed systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
