Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for our 2026 AI roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives.
- Architect high-performance distributed systems capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Lead the design and implementation of ethical AI frameworks, ensuring transparency and fairness in algorithmic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced neural networks with legacy infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain the highest standards of software engineering.
- Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for integration into our core product suite.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of quantum computing principles and their application to optimization problems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
