Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of the proprietary 2026 Core Framework, ensuring scalability and high performance.
- Define technical strategies and roadmaps for the 2026 Initiative, aligning them with business objectives and market trends.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to the new 2026 architecture, minimizing downtime and maximizing efficiency.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural audits to ensure security best practices and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX design, and data science, to deliver integrated solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior technical role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale infrastructure projects with a focus on future-proofing.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Experience with AI/ML integration and data pipeline architecture.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
