- Lead the migration of legacy systems to microservices architecture to enhance agility.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers and developers.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis and risk assessments for major system deployments.
- Drive innovation in AI integration and data analytics within core platform services.
- Establish best practices for security, compliance, and operational excellence.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Systems Architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Deep expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Proven track record of designing large-scale distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
