Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 Horizon project, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers, defining technical standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Oversee the integration of emerging technologies, including predictive AI and autonomous systems.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical architecture audits to ensure security and compliance.
- Drive innovation by researching and evaluating new technologies for implementation.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and system design.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex, large-scale deployments.
- Strong proficiency in cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Experience with AI/ML infrastructure and future tech stack development.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Deep understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
