Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural strategy for the 2026 Horizon project, translating business goals into robust technical roadmaps.
- System Design: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, scalable systems that support our long-term growth objectives.
- Tech Stack Leadership: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) to maintain a competitive edge by 2026.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements.
- Team Mentorship: Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentoring senior engineers and fostering technical innovation within the team.
- Crisis Management: Proactively identify potential architectural bottlenecks and mitigate risks before they impact product delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, system design, or engineering leadership roles.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and microservices.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
