Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Develop and articulate a comprehensive 2-year strategic roadmap for AI integration across all product lines.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects focused on Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Predictive Analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and investors.
- Talent Acquisition: Recruit and mentor top-tier engineering talent to build high-performance AI teams.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to global data privacy regulations and ethical AI standards.
- Partnership Building: Identify and forge partnerships with academic institutions and tech innovators.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Neural Networks, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of delivering innovative solutions that align with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
