As a key member of our elite R&D division, you will bridge the gap between theoretical machine learning and practical deployment, setting the technical standards that will define our industry for years to come.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 AI Roadmap, focusing on breakthroughs in Natural Language Processing and autonomous systems.
- Lead a high-performance team of research scientists and engineers to prototype and validate novel machine learning architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex research findings into scalable product features.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to the global AI community, establishing Nebula Dynamics as a thought leader.
- Establish best practices for model training, evaluation, and deployment to ensure robustness and fairness.
- Identify emerging trends and technologies in the AI landscape to keep the 2026 roadmap ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or shipping production-level AI systems.
- Deep expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and distributed computing systems.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics, safety, and the responsible development of advanced AI systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
