Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable, high-performance cloud infrastructure for AI and machine learning workloads.
- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy systems to microservices architectures.
- Define and enforce best practices for security, compliance, and reliability within the engineering team.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to optimize model deployment and inference.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Drive technical strategy and decision-making to align engineering goals with business objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and infrastructure architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Java.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation), and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana).
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
