Responsibilities
- Architect Governance Frameworks: Design and implement comprehensive AI governance models that align with emerging global standards (e.g., EU AI Act, US Executive Orders) for the 2026 operational horizon.
- Risk Assessment & Auditing: Conduct rigorous impact assessments on generative AI models and autonomous systems to identify bias, safety risks, and ethical violations.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, legal departments, and the C-Suite to translate complex technical risks into actionable business strategies.
- Policy Development: Draft internal policies and compliance protocols that ensure the responsible deployment of next-generation technologies.
- Future-Proofing: Monitor and analyze emerging technological trends (Quantum Computing, Neuro-technology) to anticipate governance challenges years in advance.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree in Law (JD), Computer Science, Public Policy, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in technology governance, compliance, or AI ethics, with a focus on strategic planning.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and Large Language Model (LLM) architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex ethical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior executives.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving organizational change.
