Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Philosophy, Ethics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Proven track record of developing ethical frameworks for high-stakes AI systems
- Expertise in bias mitigation, explainable AI (XAI), and algorithmic transparency
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST frameworks, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex ethical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published research or thought leadership in AI ethics or technology ethics
- Experience advising C-suite executives on ethical technology strategy
