Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design and implement the core machine learning infrastructure required to support our 2026 product roadmap, focusing on scalability and fault tolerance.
- Lead Model Strategy: Direct the research and development of state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents, ensuring they align with our long-term vision.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the deployment of models on distributed clusters, optimizing for low latency and high throughput in real-time environments.
- Technical Mentorship: Cultivate a high-performance engineering team, conducting code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical mentoring for senior and junior engineers alike.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate complex technical requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Future-Proofing: Stay ahead of the curve in emerging AI trends (e.g., neuromorphic computing, edge AI) to ensure our systems remain competitive through 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture and machine learning operations (MLOps).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Modeling: Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale neural network architectures and fine-tuning foundation models.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous problems and innovate in fast-paced, unstructured environments.
