Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant neural network architectures for long-term autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the technical strategy for Project 2026, defining roadmaps and architectural standards for the engineering team.
- Optimize model inference performance and training efficiency on distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure technical excellence and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex scientific requirements into robust engineering solutions.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating cutting-edge methodologies into our core stack.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI models at scale.
- Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, and reinforcement learning.
- Strong grasp of system design principles and cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
