Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable AI infrastructure capable of supporting complex neural networks and quantum computing integration.
- Lead the technical vision for Project 2026, translating business goals into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to optimize model performance and deployment efficiency.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct code reviews and architectural audits to maintain code quality.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Strong understanding of machine learning lifecycles, MLOps, and model deployment strategies.
