Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Define the high-level technical vision and architectural strategy for our upcoming generation of AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead Advanced AI Integration: Oversee the integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI workflows into our core enterprise solutions.
- Technical Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, best practices, and quality assurance protocols across all engineering teams.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and trends (Quantum computing, Edge AI, Neuro-symbolic AI) and evaluate their potential impact on our 2026 product suite.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and high performance.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a Lead or Architect role within the AI/ML or Fintech sectors.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and design systems that are resilient and adaptable to future technological shifts.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
